The Chamber represents the interests of the businesses and provides information about local and state government issues that may affect them and adds their voice to other state and national chambers efforts. The Chamber speaks on behalf of the business community at public hearings and with the media that impact not only the business community but the community at large. It works in tandem with other key organizations such as Economic Development and the CVB.

Chamber Structure

All local businesses are eligible to become Chamber members, who elect a board of directors that set the policies for the Chamber. The board can then hire an Executive Director to run the organization.
